In this class, we’re going to combine one of France’s favorite ingredients – almonds – with one of the most important base recipes of French pastry- puff pastry to make almond cream turnovers!

I’ll walk you through how to master a quick puff pastry. This puff pastry recipe can be used in a variety of different desserts in under half an hour. You will also learn some secrets on how to make perfect almond cream turnovers, every single time.

About the classes

Join us in our workshop to master french pastry!  All classes are taught in English & French. I will guide you through each recipe, sharing tips and trade secrets that you can use again and again in the future.
