In this class, we’re going to combine one of France’s favorite ingredients – almonds – with one of the most important base recipes of French pastry- puff pastry.

I’ll walk you through how to master a quick puff pastry. This puff pastry recipe can be used in a variety of different desserts in under half an hour. You will also learn some secrets on how to make perfect turnovers, every single time.
