A classic dessert that you would find in any french family’s recipe box, a fondant au chocolat is a decadent, intense chocolate cake. This cake is naturally gluten free as it is made with eggs, sugar, chocolate and a lot of butter. A favorite for chocolate lovers and perfect for the winter!

About the classes

Join us in our workshop to master french pastry!  All classes are taught in English & French. I will guide you through each recipe, sharing tips and trade secrets that you can use again and again in the future.
